What users need to know to set up their Showrooms

Setting up a Showroom for advertising site is easy. Just follow these instructions:

  1. In your PresenterNet account you click on ROOM SETUP to view the SHOWROOM CONFIGURATION.
  2. Locate the listing for the Showroom to be set up and enter the information in the boxes:
Name: This is the name of the Showroom (e.g. Paradise) that becomes part of its Web address, such as http://www.paradise.presenternet.com
Title: This is the title to be displayed for the presentation in the Showroom. The words in the title become some of the keywords seen by search engines
Presentation: This is a dropdown box to be opened for selection of one of the presentations that resides in your library

  3. Under ADVANCED click the plus sign (+) to display details for the Showroom configuration.
  4. To use the Showroom for advertising, leave all of the boxes unchecked in the first section (ADVANCED SHOWROOM PARAMETERS) and leave the boxes blank.
  5. Under KEYWORDS list, enter terms that are likely to be entered into a search engine. Examples for the presentation shown might be Jamaica, Jamaica Vacation, budget travel package, low-cost vacations, Paradise resort, etc.
  6. Under SHORT DESCRIPTION enter wording that you would like to appear as part of the listing. For example, "Paradise Resort in Jamaica offers luxurious, year-round vacations at exceptionally low prices."
  7. Under LONG DESCRIPTION you can enter additional text that search engines may also include.
  8. Click UPDATE ROOM DATA to complete the setup.
