Each PresenterNet user has unlimited access to an online content library for storing presentation materials and a presentation room where they conduct meetings, Webinars and presentations. In group accounts libraries may be private or shared and each presentation room may be optionally shared with others in the group, allowing multiple simultaneous presenters. There is no limit to the number of presentations that may be held each month.

Individual Accounts
Users who work independently take advantage of all PresenterNet features and functions with a single Individual Account. Individual users are typically:
- small business owners
- sales professionals who work alone
- consultants
- small Webinar providers
- multi-level marketers
Small groupings of individuals who do not need to share materials or databases may also choose an individual account for each presenter. Each Individual Account has unlimited use of the PresenterNet system, a secure online library of presentations, and capabilities to create interactive slides from online slides previously created under PowerPoint™.

Group Accounts
Organizations with teams of five or more users benefit from shared presentation materials, media asset management and multi-presenter capabilities by selecting PresenterNet Group accounts. Group Account users are typically: - small-to-medium companies
- departments within large companies
- professional organizations like sales force branches
- consulting teams
- project teams within major enterprises
All Group Account users can simultaneously present from the organization's shared library containing company-managed standard presentations. Within the library, individuals can also have privately managed presentations. Group accounts are set-up with pre-assigned user privileges customized to each company's needs.
Each user within a Group Account has unlimited use of the PresenterNet system, a secure personal online library of presentations and capabilities to create interactive slides from online slides previously created under PowerPoint™.

Dedicated Accounts
Enterprises needing Web conferencing integrated with custom applications may choose PresenterNet Dedicated Accounts. These users require a private server managing all of their PresenterNet functions. Dedicated accounts can handle multiple levels of users and meet individual security requirements of any company. They include all PresenterNet features and functions, and may also integrate include special features required by the enterprise.
