Embed your Conference Room In Your own WebsiteThe same code (or similar) that you might use to embed your PresenterNet showroom on your web page can be used to embed your conference room. The only difference is that you must also allow for the user to login. The beauty of this solution is that you can give Webinars right from your own website, instead of asking users to go to the PresenterNet home page or even your custom PresenterNet web address. All you have to do is create a form that asks the user for their name, then pass that name along with your conference room name and password to the flash embed code that launches the conference room. Most PresenterNet's webinar competitors, such as Webex or GotoMeeting, require that you go only to their website, sometimes with your name as part of the URL. it is much more convenient to just tell your Webinar attendees to go to your website and follow a link on your own home page. You can use any common type of Flash embed coding style. (Your web master will know how to do this.) Just create your own webinar page, invite your audience and you're ready to go! Of course, YOU will still have to log into PresenterNet to get into your Conference Control Center to give the Webinar, but your audience only sees your website. Try it! Your Webinars wil be more focused, more controlled and keep your audience's attention on you and your product, rather than your Webinar vendor.
