The PresenterNet Advantage
Easy to Operate
PresenterNet is so easy to operate, that even a novice can present effortlessly. Our design team's number one goal is to provide leading-edge technology that can be used by non-technical people. Whenever new users have uploaded PowerPoint or other presentation materials, they can immediately offer a presentation using only point-and-click actions. Preparation for a presentation only requires placing a phone call to a pre-assigned conference call number. Once connected the presenter is ready to go.
The presenter’s conference center has an appearance similar to PowerPoint. When presenters select their presentations the system displays thumbnail images of all of the presentation's slides. The presenter can then advance any slide for audience view by clicking its thumbnail, or can simply advance through all slides by clicking a single advance arrow. In either mode one click displays the next slide to audience screens.
Users can also take advantage of additional capabilities, like InterScribe™ a tool that permits presenters to control an onscreen pointer, or to emulate a colored highlighter to focus audience understanding. Presenters can also add interactive elements onto slides to request onscreen audience responses that can be immediately viewed and stored. Users may also make numerous customizations such as selecting their own special welcome slide, or setting up a pre-recorded on-demand presentation for 24 X 7 access.
All PresenterNet functions needed for presentation can be selected by clicking easily found icons. Personalization features are equally clear and easy-to-use.
The Importance of "Easy"
The key to effective online presentation and Web Conferencing is keeping audiences engaged with crisp, confident delivery. With PresenterNet, operation is never a problem. We take great pains to maintain "easy" with every step.
All functions have been designed to enable presentations to move forward flawlessly. Adding functions like Interactive slides, instant feedback from audience members, and onscreen annotations then keep viewer's interested and responsive. Yet these functions are easy for both presenters and audience participants.
The PresenterNet team relies on experience as users, and constantly solicits customer feedback to further refine or add to our system. "Easy" is always important to you and to us.
