They do work. I have Amber Hazel eyes to begin with but I started noticing a lightening of my eye color change within a couple of days. Yes it slowed down after that. It’s now been over a month and my iris is grey, my eye color fluctuates daily, from yellow, green, and a very light honey/orangish colors.
