When can I upgrade my phone on 3?

When you can upgrade Pay Monthly: You can upgrade for free up to 45 days before your plan ends. You can upgrade earlier, but you’ll need to pay an early upgrade fee.

Can you trade in a phone with 3?

When you sign up for a Pay Monthly plan, we’ll run a credit check. So we’ll need to ask you some questions. In order to process your application, we’ll supply your personal information to credit reference agencies (CRAs). They’ll give us information about you, such as details about your financial history.

Do you have to give back your old phone when you upgrade?

If you decide to keep your device, then you at least have a back-up plan in the case that something happens to your new phone. If you get rid of it, then you have the option to sell it (most of the time) and you can get credit towards the purchase of your new device.

Is it better to upgrade phone or pay it off?
